MyHenderson Login Instructions

Can't Logon? Try this.

In an attempt to reduce the number of passwords students need to remember, we've recently made a change that may impact your logon to MyHenderson.

If you can't logon to MyHenderson, try using your HSU Network Password. This would be the same password you would use when logging onto campus lab computers or your email account.

If you are still having difficulties logging on to MyHenderson, please contact the HSU IT Service Desk at 870-230-5678.

Your username will be the same username that you use to sign in to your PC. You will not use as part of your username. If you do not know your username, contact your direct supervisor to be given your username.



Your password will be the same password that you use to sign in to your PC. If you do not know your password and you have not enrolled in automated password reset, contact the IT Support Desk at (870)230-5678. If you have enrolled in automatic password reset, visit the link below for Faculty and Staff to reset their passwords. When you visit the site, choose "Reset Password" and answer the security questions you had previously set up when enrolling.
